BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Two tracts of land located in the 500 block of Julian Road, being off the southwest line of Julian Road northwest of State Line Road. Two unplatted tracts. To find the true point of beginning of the first unplatted tract (to be zoned RZ-1), start on the southwest line of Julian Road some 1436.57 feet northeast, then northwest, of the intersection of the northwest line of Julian Road with the northwest line of State Line Road, thence southwest some 1316.12 feet to the northwest line of State Line Road, thence southwest some 107.5 feet with State Line Road to the true point of beginning, thence continuing southwest some 207 feet with State Line Road to the Tennessee-Georgia State Line, thence southwest some 697 feet with said state line, thence northeast some 119 feet, thence northeast some 291 feet, thence northeast some 267 feet, thence southeast some 310 feet, thence southwest some 103 feet, thence southeast some 236 feet, thence southwest some 144.46 feet to the northwest line of State Line Road, the true point of beginning. To find the true point of beginning of the second unplatted tract (to be zoned RT-1), start at the northeast corner of Section 26, Township 6 North, or 2 South, Range 3, West of the Basis line, Ocoee District, thence southwest 1,743.19 feet with the southeast line of said Section 26, thence northwest at a right angle 60.5 feet to the true point of beginning, thence southwest some 465 feet to the northeast line of a proposed 50 foot road, thence southeast some 51 feet with the northeast line of said road, thence southwest 50 feet to the southwest line of said road, thence northwest some 131 feet, thence southwest some 194 feet, thence northwest some 144 feet, thence northeast some 443 feet, thence northeast some 420 feet, thence northeast some 359 feet, thence southeast some 54 feet, thence southeast some 231 feet, thence southwest some 322 feet to the true point of beginning. from R-1 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone and RZ-1 Zero Lot Line Residential Zone as specified in the property descriptions above. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. All streets in the development shall be public, dedicated streets. 2. That street "A" from Julian Road to street "G" be built to collector street standards. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
